Returns and Refunds

We understand that digital software purchases don't always work out as expected. Here's our straightforward return and refund process for software licenses.

Returns

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return if you're not satisfied with your software. The license key must remain unused and inactive for us to process your return. To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we approve your return request, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. We'll issue your refund using the same payment method from your original purchase. If that method is no longer available, we'll arrange a check or wire transfer. Please note that we cannot refund any processing fees charged by your financial institution.

Replacements

If you're experiencing technical issues with your software but would like to keep using it, we can provide a replacement license instead of a refund. Replacement requests are typically processed within 2 business days of approval.
