This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the return and refund of digital software licenses purchased through our e-commerce platform.

Return

Our digital software licenses come with a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days from the purchase date, as long as the license key remains inactive. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will assess your request and provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

Refunds

Refunds for digital software licenses will be processed within 7-14 business days of approval of the return request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the payment method is no longer available, refunds will be issued by check or wire transfer. We are unable to refund fees charged by the financial institution.

Replacement

Replacements for digital software licenses are usually processed within 2 business days of approval of the replacement request.
