Returns and Refunds

We are committed to providing high-quality digital software and a reliable purchasing experience. However, we understand that in some situations you may need to request a return or refund. This policy explains the terms and conditions for returning or refunding software licenses purchased through our platform.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, customers who qualify as Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing an explanation and without incurring any penalty, except for the direct cost of returning any goods. Although not required, providing a brief reason for withdrawal helps us improve our service.

Returns

All digital software licenses are covered by a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the license has not been activated. To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we approve your return request, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method from your original purchase. If that method is unavailable, we can arrange a check or bank transfer. Please note that any fees charged by your financial institution cannot be reimbursed.

Replacements

If you're experiencing technical issues with your software but wish to continue using it, we can provide a replacement license instead of a refund. Replacement requests are typically processed within 2 business days of approval.
