This policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the return and refund of software licences purchased through our platform.
In accordance with Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, customers qualifying as Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without being required to explain and without incurring any penalty, subject only to the direct cost of returning any goods. Although not required by law, a brief indication of the reason for withdrawal helps us to improve our service continuously.
All digital software licences are covered by a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the licence has not been activated. To start the process, simply contact our customer service team, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with all the instructions needed to proceed.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days of approval of the request. The amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If that payment method is no longer available, the refund will be issued by cheque or bank transfer. Any fees applied by your financial institution cannot be reimbursed.
Requests for replacement of digital software licences are handled within 2 working days of approval of the request, ensuring rapid processing and continuity of operation.
